I am looking for some clear pickguard material. I was told that LMII had it but could not it on their site. Any ideas where I can locate some?

I have heard that some builders use "Frisket" (stick-on). It should be available at drafting supply stores and could be at office supply stores. I do not know how the adhesive would affect your guitar finish so try it on a finished sample for a week or two to check.

I use the Stew Mac Mylar, goes on easily with water and a little detergent ala Frank Ford (that should be the Great Frank Ford).

Another good word for Stewmac product, it works well, can be removed with a little naptha without much grief and applies well with soapy water as mentioned above. I have a new sharp scissors that I only use for cutting it, I used a less sharp set the 1st time and the edge was a little rough.
