Hi, here i am with my seconf topic in this forum. Today i wanna show you how i did my side lamination jic and mold for the solera.
First, i begin with the template

This gives me the template i will use for all. I traced an outside line far 2 1/2 from the inside line

Next a little square line for clamping at the waist

Now is the time of the side lamination jig
Other six pieces cutted and routed with the same template:
