I have the Gore facate plan for a medium body guitar which calls for a bridge plate thickness of 2.5mm.

However, O'Brian's course of Gore teaching his falcate methods, Gore says the thickness of the bridge plate is 1.5mm.

What is correct?

What is your experience?

If I remember the text 2.5 mm no carbon fiber 1.5 mm with carbon fiber. That is how I do in any case.
