I think most people here have probably met/dealt with Mario of sprucetonewood.com at some point. Mario suffered a stroke recently and shortly after passed away in his sleep.
We're a pretty small industry and any contribution you can make would be a big help for his wife.

Thanks for the update Jason.

Sad sad news. I really enjoyed the time I spent with Mario, talking tonewood on the phone and chatting online. I will not forget after he lost his daughter in that accident, he told me to cherish my own daughter and he gifted her with a beautiful Katz top. I build her that guitar as a Christmas gift and she plays it daily.

He was a great guy and will be missed. My heart goes out to Inge.
