So just before the end of the year my phone rang and the person on the other end said he would like to interview me for a film project, would I be interested? The date he had in mind was clear and I said sure why not. The folks who made this are in the military and this was their graduation project for "media school". They were given a town, Hershey PA, and a date where they needed to produce a short video of something of interest. They found me on the net and called. The recall surprise....neither of the two filmakers even play a guitar, go figure.

Anyways I'm flattered by all this and thought I would share, Thanks.

Cool video and I am sure it was fun to work with the service men and women in the media school.

Ever BB seems to have it own quirks embedding videos. This one will reject it if the url has https in it instead of http (the one you copy will always have https in it.)

The name catgut is confusing. There are two explanations for the mix up.

Catgut is an abbreviation of the word cattle gut. Gut strings are made from sheep or goat intestines, in the past even from horse, mule or donkey intestines.

Otherwise it could be from the word kitgut or kitstring. Kit meant fiddle, not kitten.
