I just made a bunch of changes to our Ann Arbor Guitars, LLC web site and it all seems to be working pretty well. But you know how it goes the web master is often not able to spot things such as spelling errors, broken links, etc. :D

We also added a page to reflect our new class offerings and updated the reviews and comments as well. I didn't want to start a new tab off the home page because I don't want the site to be too busy.... So I combined the "about us" and "what to expect" pages into one tab off the home page. Took me a week to figure out how to do it....

But it all seems to be working pretty ok from here.

Please feel free to check out our site and if you have any constructive comments, critique, or outright insults...:) please post them here?

TIA (thanking you in advance not this is Africa....)

It looks good to me Hesh. My only concern is that the design is not responsive for small screens but it still functioned okay on my S5. Otherwise you have a nice design and good content that is easy to find.

I haven't given it the complete overlook, but on the surface - it's very pleasing!

Thanks JF! Around 25% of the folks who hit our site are on mobil devices mostly IOS so it's important these days to have a site work well across many platforms.

Something that I've identified that I want to address is that I am too pedantic..... I need to use more bullet points and learn to shut the heck up..... :D

Hesh, that's part of your charm :-)

Heck, by now, it's part of your BRAND.

Nice, simple site, my friend, with a design sensibility that seems appropriate to your business and clientele. I agree that it may help to tighten the text a bit. One trick is to read aloud what you have written, as if it were a speech. Places where you stumble or run out of breath may benefit from a revised sentence structure or different punctuation.

I could go on, but not without the risk of becoming pedantic myself. laughing6-hehe

Nice job,

I like the site. Has a nice professional feel.
David's electronic videos are something every electric builder should study.

Looking good. Not that readable in places as stated above. If it were me I would invest in some commas. Thanks for replying to my pm. I will send a clear reply when I can.

Nice one, particularly the videos, "The evil that lurks beneath your frets" was an eye opener, that segued into Robbin Ford explaining where he uses major and minor pentatonic scales, can't beat that

Nice job,

George my friend that's excellent advice and I'm going to try it and hopefully it will result in a far fewer word count!!

Your comment that it seems appropriate for our biz and clientele is also something that I was hoping that someone would comment on so thanks for that too.

Yes it is and that video like the masterpiece album "Kind of Blue" was done in one take - Dave nailed that bridge on the fist take and didn't hit the guitar at all....! Surprised the heck out of me and since then I've been wanting to knock a bridge off with my Big Bertha driver but I don't think that I could do it in one take (or one guitar....:)).

Yeah the videos have been out for year now and we frequently get contacted email or phone by folks who want to thank Dave or at times ask further questions. There are some myths being busted there too!

Thanks Mike and I hope that I was not too much of an irritable pr*(k with ya my friend. It's just when folks ask about things that are measurement intensive it helps for you civilized guys to dumb it down out of the metric system for we stubborn Yanks. Thanks!

Speaking of the evil that lurks the grossest thing that I have encountered in a guitar so far was the large, yellow, toenail with green fungus on it being used as a saddle shim...... :? Do you have any idea what's it's like to be Felix Ungar here and have that fall out in your hand..... We need an emoticon that pukes....

Thanks for the comments everyone!
