I need a press screw for a cutaway attachment for my bender. I bought one a few years ago for my home made bender but I don't remember where I got it. Seems like there aren't that many places that have them. I found one online at Woodworker's Supply. Are there any other suggestions on where I could find one? Woodcraft - no... Klingpuors -no, Home Depot - no, Lowes - no, hardware store - no, Rockler - no, Highland Wood Working - no, Joe Wood Worker - no, Lee Valley - no (only in Canada)...

Grizzly tools, around $15 if I remember correctly.

I think Lee Valley may also have them.

16mm (5/8") threaded rod is fine for the duty it will see. Has worked fine on my double side bender for the last 15 years or so and will last at least that long again.
