Wes,
There are several videos on youtube. Search converting refrigerator compressor to vacuum pump.
Basically, the compressor will have two pieces of tubing, one a low side, fat suction tube and the other is the high side smaller I.d. discharge tube. Leave the discharge tube open. You will want to adapt the suction tube to your vacuum bag or jig. You will also want a way to control the vac pressure or Hg. by way of a valve or refrigeration gauges.
For the electrical, put a 15 amp, 125 v. plug on the wire harness coming out of the compressor.
Btw, you can run an airbrush by connecting to the discharge line.
