Is anyone here loading photos straight from their iPhones/iPads to the forum?

I'd like to figure out how to do that without having to fire up the desktop, load the photos out of the device etc....

Anyone help?

This is from an i pad. I just use tapatalk, I don't think I ever could get it working from safari. My iphone works with tapatalk too.

Ok, I don't get it. I got tapatalk, but when I find the OLF on it, it has totally different content. No posts older than the fifteenth, top of the charts is applying HHG, and the divisive contentious Balzac ivory thread is still there. What gives?

Easy breezy from an iPhone. I don't use Tapatalk or whatever. I always have to crop the photo first or the file will be too big though. Just hit "choose file" on the forum and then it takes you straight to your camera roll. Here's a picture of me with a pumpkin on my head. And just so it's relavent, the sunglasses are made from East Indian rosewood.

Or you could make a photobucket account, upload the photos from photobucket and when you make a thread and want a photo Photobucket will give you the URL of the image so you can paste it on the forum. It's what I use.

I downloaded an app from the the app store that will easily resize a photo to the appropriate size (256 kb - I think). Then I use my ipad to post the photo. I used it on John Hall's (Blues Creek) recent interesting maple post....

The problem with posting photos with a link to photobucket is the account often expires and then the photo is lost from the forum. Go read the archives and you'll see what i mean. Lots of threads out there with great content and missing photos. Annoying. The above photo of me and the punkin will be around for folks to enjoy as long as the forum exists.
