Here is my latest blarge (5 course Irish bouzouki). Manson/Foley inspired.

Englemann spruce top
Panama rosewood back and sides
Honduran mahogany neck with walnut and maple center strip
cocobolo binding
Portuguese olive root horn/end graft veneer
Ebony fingerboard and pickguard
Ebonized black walnut bridge and truss rod cover
(4 continents represented in the woods!)

All French polished shellac finish

Gotoh Mini 510 tuners

Handmade brass tail piece

And a nice looking blarge it is !! I started an Irish bouzouki over 15 years ago after seeing an older one made by Rick Westerman, (I believe it was made in the early 1980's)..seems as if it had neck block issues...
Yours looks really nice... makes me want to work a 'zouk into my schedule

I saw that at the meeting we had and it looked great!! I remember we were focused on the '32 Martin (I think). I would really like to hear it - can you bring it again next month if you plan on going?
