The newest Luthier Tips du Jour instructional video is on Youtube. The topic is Purflex.
Subtitles are available in both English and Portuguese and you can translate them into any other language by using the CC option on Youtube.
As always, comments and discussion are welcome.
Enjoy!

Also, all of my Luthier Tips du Jour videos as well as many other instructional videos are now available on my website so you don't have to go hunt for them on Youtube.http://obrienguitars.com/videos/

The tempra and zpoxy combo is interesting. I'm so used to back-filling black with ebony dust and CA - how would ebony and zpoxy work?

Jim,

I have used ebony dust and epoxy for filling inlays and it works fine.
