very nice - clean work -

I have a question - do you build righty guitars too ? It appears as if your headstock follows the cut away - but on this one it is opposite the cutaway - possibly due to being a lefty. reminds me of Jimi

Nice looking box. I like how the side joins the neck block. Very smooth.

I plan on building two next year of Rosewood. One lefty and one righty for my son. We both play a gipsy king style of contemporary flamenco. More like Jessie Cook. Check out Kirk Dixon guitar on you tube to see what we play. Right now we are both playing 14 fret Taylor’s
The neck joint look real good I am glad I went with this style. This is my first acoustic guitar however I have lots of experience with wood working and solid body instruments

I just completed the fret board minus frets. Compound raduis of 14 on the to to 16 on the bottom

Enjoy.

Way to go, Blake! Getting close to the finish line, no pun intended, and I can hardly wait to hear you play it.

Good to see you here!

Nice Blake! How about a shot of the rosette. Did you make it yourself? Is it "hand made" ;) The FB binding looks great. Looking forward to seeing the finished guitar. My first guitar was a cross over. I still love to play it.

Kelowna boy eh. I lived there in one of my past lives. How long have you been there?

Cheers,
Danny

Thanks for the great feedback. I purchased my rosettes from Duke Luthiers. He has a great selection of fine rosettes.

Thanks again

Body size is 4 inches at the bottom or back tapering to 3 3/4 at the heel of the neck. A 15 ft radius on the back and about 17 on the sound board. the photos make it appear thicker. I guess the shot or the wood being so blond

Enjoy Blake.

I would like to formally thank Lincoln Goertzen for all his help with my build. I started my journey with a lot of his advice. I am so happy to be sorrounded by quallity builders such as Lincoln and able to purchase supplies from Bow River as well. Thanks again.

Blake.
