It looks like great cookout weather here in central Fl. I butchered two of my hogs this winter and cured the hams. They are going to be good, baked in the grill/smoker with pineapple and cloves. I like wrapping it all with banana leaves; it simmers and steams in its own juices and is always sooooo tender. I hope all of you fathers have a great Father’s Day.
