Hey everyone!

A friend of mine has a Washburn acoustic/electric with a slight problem...the neck is bowed from the 10th fret to about the 17th. He is getting the same note in that entire range. Is there an easy way to fix this or should he replace the whole neck? Thanks for your help!

Robbie

I do but I'm not sure if it is going to be different for an acoustic electric.
Same idea? Smash it to smithereens?

Oh. There was no mention of the type of guitar on your other thread. It just happens to be the same make, correct?

Right. I just assumed it was an electric. He told me after I had already asked on the other thread that it was acoustic.
