For the sound hole stuff I'd suggest the Abalam products from the Duke of Pearl. He doesn't sell small order anymore but LMI and StewMac sell his products. The green Ab. Heart or paua is recommended.

I have bought from precut inlays from Depaul, nice folks. Also have bought raw shell from Dave Nichols at www.custompearlinlay.com. Dave has some very nice stuff, virtually pit free both sides. If you ask nice he might even pick out the colors/pattern you are looking for.
