This video has real bad sound due to background noise and the crappy mic in the Ipod, but it is worth sharing young Davids skills. I hope he does not mind me sharing it. Keep picking David you are already real good.

Thank you everyone for all the nice words.

I'm still a beginner and when I play for my friends at the hospitals and shelter I hope they enjoy it. I will be playing at the VA hospital in a couple weeks again and my dad will try and video tape something new.

My favorite workshop was the bracing one with Dave Nichols and Bill Tippin. I have lots of guitar secrets to organize from that one. Wood bending was also great.

Also my friend John Hall and some of the guys at Martin (we took the tour) told us about the Martin Fest and I hope I see some of you down there or at Woodstock in October. I really wanted to go to Montreal Guitar show because my mom's from Montreal and I wanted to hear all those great guitars and players but maybe next year.

Thanks for this great website, there's lots of good info and good folks here. Anyway I'm going fishing tommorow, so I better go.

God Bless,

David

PS - hi Evan!

John, great job documenting the show. I really enjoyed your sessions on photography, can't wait to apply what I learned. I see you got a couple of shots of my guitar as well. Thanks!

I have to laugh here! Erick and my presentation was not covered photographically. I just realized
the presentation on photographing guitars was happening simultaneously so there was no available
photographer. My wife will have to take my word for it that I was not in Vegas!
Best
