It pivots, turns, and it can lock down...so you can hold it steady any any angle to the light.

It worked nicely spraying vinyl sealer today......I thought I'd show it off.

It's made it from old parts and I only drilled holes to get it together. I made those hinges long ago and knew I'd need them again someday. :)

I like the guitar! Curly, spalted maple on rosewood or walnut? Nicely done.

Oh, yeah the holding jig is nice, too.

Hehe....I have eight of those vises. That's the black sheep of the lot. :)

The guitar is spaulted maple over sapele.
