I have started an initiative to support local artists by making videos and in turn they play my guitars.

Here is the first video we have made. Hope you enjoy! bliss

The production value of that vid is priceless!

Not only do you get to showcase your guitar, shop AND a local talent, but it comes across as very professionaly done, which goes a long way in marketing your product.

Did you do the video yourself? Would almost be worth hiring someone who does video production (if you didn't - that could be a second hobee for you <grin>) to market your product. Your blog is also very professional.

I'm encouraged everytime I get on this forum. As an old fart who wants to retire and make guitars - one has to sell them to get anywhere. I can't afford to just buy wood and have a house full of guitars. Any ideas are good ones.

Well Done!
Steve

I did not make the video myself. It was made by a man named Adrian Vieni of Wood and Wires Production. His site is credited at the end of the video.

Thanks for the words of praise and I might take this up as a hobby actually! Gotta get a cool camera next haha!

If you are serious about making videos you should get and study the book the 5Cs of Cinematography.

I really enjoyed that video.
This is my first post but I've lurked on this site for about 2 years now, however this video made me wanna come out and post :)

The video was well shot/edited and the sound was good too. Guitar looks fantastic as well 8-)

I watched the other video on your channel too and I am looking forward to more [:Y:]
