Most people have "paint" program on thier computer , open that program , open pic u want . Then open the area at top that says strech/skew change the numbers in lil boxes from 100% down to where u want . I use 25% and save. They will be uploadable at that point . Probably simplest way using program u should already have. [:Y:]

The best way is to "upload attachment"... browse & select the picture and "add the file". This uploads a thumbnail version of the pic (so the thread loads quickly) and if someone wants to see the larger version of the pic, they just click on the thumbnail.

My stock answer is to get Image Resizer at Microsoft Power Toys. Scroll down on the right, near the bottom. It then allows you to right click on a picture file or group of files and resize them. I choose the large size for posting here. If your picture name is 123.jpg, it will make a copy named 123[Large].jpg. It reduces my 3 MB pictures to about 100 KB +/-. They upload just fine. You can even resize in the upload window before uploading the image.

I just checked. MS Power Toys is only for XP. It will not work in Vista or 7.

Here's one then. http://imageresizer.codeplex.com/ Works for 64 bit systems including Vista and 7.

I use the resizer in the windows 7 paint utility program. I resize to 60% this gives me a 150K image which works very nicely with the OLF software. How can you beat free and easy?

I know ANZLF had an uploader that would let you load multiple pictures in one session. You'd do the browse, thing, then when you load the picture, it would ask if you wanted to upload another. You load the limit in one pass. However, I also noticed that that capability is gone since they had their data loss. I'm sure there's lots of stuff out there. Just depends on how much you want to spend, when you are paying for the software services, and not doing them yourself.
