Is there anyone here living in or near Fort Myers? I am looking to invest in some real estate there but need a bit of info as to areas to look for and those to avoid. Also what the feeling is on the ground regarding the future of the area. I prefer not to ask agents as they generaly have a desire to paint a different picture than that which is realy rhere. Any help would be realy appreciated.
If anyone has other areas that are worth a look please let me know, I need to act while the Aus$ is good against the US$.Cheers, Bob
