Hi all.

Just went on the LMII web site to order some Schaller classical tuners (nickel plate with ebony buttons, product ID: SHNI1B) and they are B/O until the end of November. Since I have to deliver a guitar with these tuners on it in about two weeks, I was wondering if any of you guys might be able to help me out. If anyone would happen to have some and would be willing to sell them, I'd appreciate it.

Let me know!

Thanks!

I've got a set of Gotoh Premiums with ebony buttons. LMI # GGCSPECEB

Send an email if that works.

Stewmac only sells the gold plated. I need nickel plated.

The code you listed corresponds to gold plated. And anyway, they are more than twice the price of the schaller...

But thanks for the offer, I appreciate it!

If anyone else has some, let me know!

Thanks!

Why not Rubner? Same price range, a more natural elegant look, work well. Schallers look cheap imho, tacky fake engraving.

Well, first off I didn't know they existed. They seem hard to find on this part of the Atlantic. And I don't like the screw that shows on the buttons. That is one of the reason I like the Schaller.

But thanks for the suggestion!

In the US you can order from www.bridgebonebeads.com
But I'm afraid the ebony varieties are in the 80$+ range and they do have that button pin. But it is not a screw, it is a decorative tip.

As for Schallers, I should add that it is actually the gold varieties that I don't like. The nickel ones are nicer in fact I have a set on one of my own guitars.
