Anyone know of a good source for carbon fiber in Canada (I'm looking for neck reinforcement)? If not who are the preferred US suppliers?

Thanks

Josh

Are you looking for prepared laminates or raw materials?

If you are looking for materials and are willing to laminate your own stock I'd suggest Noah's Marine as a good source. Excellent service and a wide range of materials.

Los Alamos is closing shop when their current supply is sold out (based on their reply to a recent inquiry)

Not in Canada, but Mario uses these guys: http://www.acpsales.com/

These guys have Canadian offices and sell CF (subsidiary of Thyssen Krupp): http://www.onlinemetals.com/ohcanada.cfm

Josh-
I've had good service from TheCompositeStore in the US. They will ship USPS if you ask.
http://www.cstsales.com/

Not all carbon fiber rectangles are the same- hard to judge quality differences from suppliers, so price comparisons are chancy.
For .125 x .500 bar, 48" long:
CST $13
ACP $15.50
Dragon $16

Basically all the same price, so it will come down to shipping costs and service....

Cheers
John
