Two questions here:

1. How thick do you make your necks?

2. I recently drilled the tuner holes on my first slotted head stock. They came out .090" off allignment from the left to the right side. The tuners themselves are spaced equally, but since the first tuner on each side is not in line, they look bad. Do I make mahogany plugs to match, plug the holes and redrill? Or does anyone have any other suggestions?

Thanks.

21mm at nut to 24mm at tenth with 1/4" fb- or thereabouts.

Yup I'd plug and redrill.

I don't space my tuners in line. I don't think Martin does either. The first two are a bit closer to the edge of the headstock than the upper four. It keeps the upper strings from hitting the bottom two tuners.

And Henderson lets the upper strings bump into the lower tuners. So you might be ok, it's up to you.

(I was told that the "Henderson" look came about by accident and he was going to change it in future guitars but a customer talked him out of it.)
