I'm looking for ideas to help deal with dust flying back up at me. The zero clearance insert and lower cabinet dust collection helps...but it doesn't stop it.....especially when taking small off cuts that aren't the full kerf of the blade.

Homespun...or otherwise.

Kinda pricey though.

There are a lot of plans around for inexpensive home made over arm collctors like this one:
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/images ... 55&s=books
and if you do some googling, you should be able to find free plans on some of the wood working sites.

Todd, what did you use for where the top mounts the cabinet area? I've used, or still use, are a magnetic sign remnant, packing tape, backer rod etc.
