I was diagnosed this week with renal cancer in my right kidney. It started as severe pain in my back last week and by yesterday I am to the point that I can barely walk. I will meet with the surgeon next week to discuss treatment options. I am being treated at the V A hospital in Okc. I would appreciate being put on anyones prayer list. The tumor is a little bigger than a golf ball but is growing rapidly. Hopefully we caught it early enough.

I'm sorry Tim.

Yikes, hope it's still contained to the tumor and lopping it off is all that's necessary. What is it that's giving all the guitar builders cancer lately? Lacquer spraying maybe? I've been doing my best to avoid potentially dangerous chemicals, but hopefully the wood dust itself isn't too bad. Gotta get used to always going outside with a fan for sanding. Wound up blowing dusty boogers a couple times so far.

Hopefully you did catch it in time. It seems that the cancer hitting people has become way to common these days. I'll move you to the top of the list. Good luck and keep everyone informed as to your progress.

Tim

Tim,
My thoughts and prayers are with you! I just found out last week that my dad has prostate cancer. Last year he had lymphatic cancer and beat that with 5 months of chemo, and now this year it is prostate with 5 weeks of radiation. The big 'C' is making his rounds and no one is safe. All the best!
Tracy
