All the sponsors.

There's also some sponsors who not only help keep the "lights on" but also post here almost daily.

And of course, the Padma wow7-eyes

Got to remember Kevin Gallagher too. He used to post here almost daily.

Dave La Plante was a good choice, Filippo.

A few that I miss are Shawn Carlson, Joshua French, and Mario (Grumpy) Proulx, though I can get my Mario fix over at MIMF.

Some other, present day participants that I look forward to reading are:

Colin Symonds, for his outstanding eye for classical beauty, and his efficient and clean work.

Al Carruth for his ability to put in layman's terms stuff that I could never, otherwise, understand.

John Hall, Blues Creek, for his ability to cut to the chase and answer a question that needs answering, without regard for how it might impact his business. One of the most unselfish participants on the forum.

All of the above for sure. Just a couple that come to mind to me are Robbie O'Brien who has put countless hours into his videos & The Mando Man (and stylin' guitars), Haans Brentrup who is willing to share the secrets of pleasing a Bill Munroe fan.

Thanks to you all for making my life a whole lot easier.

Cheers,
Danny

There are so many here I could not possibly single out just a few for thanks. I'm grateful for everyone here. Just to have a place like this, focused on building, where we can share ideas, seek advice, share a common love for making things that make music, and generally get encouragement and inspiration that keeps us going, is invaluable. Especially for guys like me who, although i've spent years setting up guitars and tinkering with/assembling them am just beginning as a builder.
I've been to other building sites, and although I'm a member of a few of them, this one is where I come for knowledge and inspiration, as well as a place where I feel really welcome and "at home".
The level of craftmanship alone on this board fires me to build the next one better than the last. You can't put a price on that, and there are not enough words in the english language to properly thank all those who contribute.
So, as inadequate as words are, thank you, all.

Todd the Tone Faerie do not represent any religion and I hope that you do not take them as such.

Don't tell anyone but I think they are only in my poor head...

I miss Serges positivity also...

Luthrie as a business

Psychology and philosophy do belong in defining success , understanding customers and maybe understanding the psychology of the market...

Instrument making for many can be an artistic endeavor and as such some of the rewards are of a philosophical/psychological nature.

All of this will drive your business philosophy/model.
