Paul Murphy and I are planning a second get together Sunday May 16th from 1pm to 5 at his music store, Blue Fish Music at 744 Starkweather Plymouth, MI 48170 http://www.bluefishguitars.com/

We hope to see many of our OLF friends, and to those who joined us at the last one we hope you will come again.

Paul and I talked today about interesting topics that could be discussed, and decided that a group discussion on voicing would be a good idea as we all can benefit from each others experience. Anyone who would like to do a presentation on any aspect of building can let Paul or I know with a PM on the forum.

This worked out as great spot to gather last time, so come on out and join us May 16th.

You and any other member here or anyone interested in Luthiery is more than welcome to attend. These are somewhat informal opportunities to get together to share info and gab about guitars and building them. You met Paul at the MFGS concert, he was sitting with my wife and I, he has a real nice music shop and is a good host to music activities.

I can't make it Fred, my wife's aunts and uncles are in town to get together for their sister (wife's aunt) who has advanced cancer. Hope it turns out well though, and I hope to make a future one!
