Todd,
Thanks. The first time you posted this sale, I said "yes" I need that. But within a couple days, I wound up buying a cabinet saw from a painting customer. Hoping to get the band saw, but have some home improvements to make....

Hi Todd,
Absolutely loved your treatment of the burl, you did justly! And the pictoral was great. I couldn't do that with a 10" craftsman saw with 3" tall clearance gaah . So when I do buy, I'll go whole hog. (just how I roll)

vroom! VVRRROOOMMM!!! Yep. I'm looking forward to shoving a tree through it and making it look like guitar parts at the other end. Then a trip to the 3hp planer and so on. Heck, I just love machines.

A +1 recommend for Spectrum Supply - Currently, even without the group buy concept, they have the best price I've found on the Woodmaster CT 1 inch blade.

Hello there everyone
I wanted to know some advice on buying a bandsaw like this (preferably second hand)
could anyone answer any of these questions for me
or provide me with a link/site ?
otherwise a verry breif yes or no will do (thanks in advance guys)

1. Does anyone know if rikon goes under name in europe .... like griggio

2. I take it that it runs on 16 amp power supply (not 3 phase)

3. How much should a secondhand -3/5year old one drop in price

4. Should i buy a older one for ruggedness
... or do newer ones have more SAFETY features and easier fences to adjust

lovely lookin bandsaw by the way
I hope it brings you much joy tomas
