It is 9:30 AM on 3/4/2010.

BobC posted a wonderful set of Tiger Myrtle on his site last night. Set #033
http://www.rctonewoods.com/tiger_myrtle.shtml

It is too small for our needs - but someone needs to snatch this up quick to keep us from designing a smaller guitar style so we can use it.

Please hurry!

This hurts!

You mean the one on the bottom? Plenty big enough for a classical or flamenco, or a parlor.

I'll restrain myself .... somehow .... [headinwall] oh, the WAS ...

Looks great! I'm thinking about it......

I can't believe that there's only 12 b/s sets total available on the RC Tonewoods website! Is good wood really getting THAT scarce?

Not only is it rare to have this level of selection of Tiger Myrtle available ALL of the sets that Uncle Bob aka: The Zootman of RC Tonewoods has are extraordinarily cool and beautiful!!!

Had I not just won an OLF auction for a set of Tiger Myrtle I would be all over this opportunity!!!

FWIW Tiger Myrtle works like a dream. It bends easily, planes, sands, and glues fine too. It works very much like mahogany but bends easier IMHO.

Tonally my Black Tiger L-OO remains one of the loudest guitars that I have built to date.

Great wood, makes a fantastic guitar and man does Tiger Myrtle look cool under finish.
