A friend will be helping me design a label this weekend on his P C , I am thinking the pertinant information to have on a lable is my name , serial number, string guages, contact information, " born on " date with signature. is there anything I am not thinking about that you think is important information to have on a label? thanks jody

I just use Model #, serial #, Name, Date, and location, like Denver, CO USA.
