My past few guitars I've polished up with Menzerna's Intensive Polish and I think it's the bee's knees in polish. A few weeks ago I was talking to the good folks at Wood Essence asking them about the Menzerna Final Finish which is advertised as something you put on after the Intensive Polish. So they sent me out a sample pack to give it a try. In the following pictures the whole back of the guitar has been polished with the Intensive Polish. On the right hand side only, I followed up with the Final Finish. Can you see a difference?

It may be mostly my imagination, but to my eye, the Final Finish did indeed take the guitar to the next level of gloss. Do you see that in the pictures? The right side also felt smoother to me too but I can't demonstrate that over the internet. Anyway, I think from now on I will be using both the Intensive Polish and the Final Finish.

Cheers,
Pat

The right hand side does seem to have more of a sheen to it, but it may be due to the glare from the camera. Either way, that's one shinny guitar laughing6-hehe.
