I bought the "3 Highgrade Englemann sets some time ago - the $99 price was too good to pass up. They ended up on my small (but growing) pile of tonewood, and then I moved on to work, kids hockey, etc.

Anyway, finally got to stickering my tonewoods properly, and unwrappend these sets of Engleman. Holy Cow! What extraordinary tops! Tight lines , great tap tone, and extraordinarily beautiful. I'll have some fun building a great guitar from these!

I've never been disappointed from the tonewoods I've gotten from these auctions, but these were a very pleasant surprise. Thanks, Lance!!
