A while back I remember visiting a website where the guy made wooden tuner knobs. Does anyone know the site I am referring to and can send me a link? I searched all day but either the site is gone or I just missed it somehow.

I make the Waverly oval style for the Waverly, Gotoh, and Grover open back tuners. I have a really good selection in stock at the moment. I am planning on listing some in the Classifieds soon. Bob made me some in the 510 style a while back that were very nice and I think there is a selection on Charis' website also. Which ones are you looking for?

The better source is yourself bliss

Grab a rasp, a file and a press drill... and go ahead [:Y:]

Seriously, if you're making only few guitars a year, it's maybe a good idea to do it yourself, exactly like you want them... it's my opinion!

Or check Ebay, there's a lot of very beautiful knobs.

I made some jigs this spring which let me knock out a set in about 30 minutes. The jigs were easy to put together. I put a tute up:
