Not polished or buffed out yet, but number one has strings on it anyway. It is not perfect, but neither am I! Many thanks to all in this forum whose experience and advice filled in alot of empty spots in my brain. I could never have been successful with the build without this forum! I know that it takes some time for the spruce top to open up but this guitar is already a flamenco cannon.... way too cool!

That looks great. What a feeling, huh? Sure is fun to string up the first one. Congratulations on getting this far. Now get some finish on it. If it sounds good now, it'll just get better.

Looks wonderful!
That is some very dark EIR you found for your B&S - did you tint?
Looks great with the natural spruce top...

No Tint used. B&S were premium grade EIR from LMII. I'm looking forward to buffing out the clear coat in 10 more days. I used the KTM9 clear coat, and Z-poxy resin for pore filling. It is kind of interesting. I strung up No.1 prior to finishing and played it. It does not sound any different after finishing either. I think I got really lucky. The intonation is alot better than my Rother classical and flamenco guitars......

Gee the next one ? I already ordered the wood, 36 Hernandez, German Spruce top, EIR B&S, Bloodwood Bindings, end graft, and backstrip, Fustero tuners, 1mm more neck angle than the last one, evo fret wire. I am giving away Numero Uno to a good friend, and building Numero Dos for me. I wet sanded Numero Uno with 1000 grit paper, 2000 abralon, and 4000 abralon and will buff it out next week.
