Ijust finished this drilling fixture. I redesigned it from the wood one I had. I still need a few drilling bushings as When I redesigned it I fell shy some bushings but it will work like this. I need three longer bushings.
The lower bushing in the left piece is removable and allows me to drill the tennon out to 5/8" to capture the bolt head in the heel and I also allows me to put a 5/8" dowel plug into the fixture and then mate the other half of the fixture and drill a 5/16" center hole into the plug center for the bolt . It's a bit hard to explain but it will be a great help with mounting that bolt into the heel.

That looks cool. I assume that the bolted on top plates are indexing planes that rest upon the guitar top and neck top respectivly? With the bushings located the same distance down from the top plates I can see that the holes will line up perfectly with no measuring. Very nice.

That's correct. I will drill the holes into my neck block tomorrow and the top of the fixture plates are at a 1 1/2 degree angle just as my top Radius is and the neck back angle. When I go to drill the neck later on I will have to take a cutoff of the top and use it to shim the tennon fixture that thickness that will lower the holes on the neck to compensate that the bottom of the fret board sit on top of the top.

Chris, very impressive. I enjoy seeing all your jigs and videos. These look good enough to market.
