I've made some wood knobs from leopardwood and I need the little inserts for the set screw, all I can find are the ones that you drill a 1/4" hole and screw the insert in, which usually destroys the knob. Anyone know of a source? Thanks.

These inserts from Mcmaster Carr use a 1/8" hole.
