Before the first coat of nitro (or preferred final finish) hits your new top, what product do you like to seal it with? (if any)

Todd, What's the skinny on vinyl sealer. I've heard you mention it before and am curious as to the benefits and how you work with it.

One thing I would add , I use the same brands sealer. I also use the vinyl sealer . I use the same finish schedule as Martin , seal - fill - seal 8 coats of lacquer , ( 1 coat per hour ) let set 3 weeks , level sand , 3 finish coats wet sand buff and polish. The key isn't what you put on but what you let on.
When I am finished I want .006 to .008
