Been done before but still cool. Our office just switched to digital radiography. Makes this kind of stuff a piece of cake. I can see where it could be very valuable in some repair situations.

Can you do a panorama view inside like you would do for the whole mouth?

I couldn't believe what I saw when I went to the dentist a year ago and he used the digital x-ray. Very cool. I used to work in petro-chem and we would x-ray a lot of things, albeit, the old fashioned way. One time we had a "excess flow check valve that we didn't know the internal condition of so we x-rayed it. saved emptying the tank upsteam.
