I just scored this saw off Craig's List and am looking to get a resaw blade. Though I've made it through the back and forth on woodslicer v. timberwolf, I'm still not sure about the width. I know this saw has a lot of fans around here, what would I do best with, 1/2 or 3/4?

Also, there is a Lennox carbide blade installed, but it is missing a couple of teeth and dull. I've read that these may not be able to be sharpened. Anyone know different?

For resawing, a wider blade is usually superior. It holds up to higher tension ( less wandering).
I get my lenox blades resharpened at D&D Saw in San Diego, they have an outlet in San Marcos also.
I would not replace the teeth if only a couple are missing. Not worth the expense. If you demand that they only take off the minimum carbide when sharpening you can sometimes do it 3 times.
