I saw that the first guitar I was building the entire back same unglued by itself and the braces just came off taking a piece of the center strip with it. Then I was frantically trying to mix up a new batch of hide glue and dump out the old one to reglue it, then I woke up and realized that it was a dream.... man that was scary.

How true. Your wife would probably use the guitar on or around your head...thus making your nightmare become reality. Seriously, though, I didn't have any nightmares about my archtop while I was building it. In order to have a nightmare, one must be asleep. I spent too many hours lying awake, itemizing what I did wrong that day, and wondering what I would do wrong during the next building session....
