+ another one for a fuji system. To spray shading or bursts I simply dial down the gun, no need to change needles. ...compact, easy to store, works great...

Does anyone know if any larger production guitar shops use the Fuji style turbine sprayers? Or do you think they're mostly all using compressors? Aside from the biggest companies who are using robotics to spray the finish.

From what I understand, the turbines that are used by Fuji, and all the other brands of HVLP, are made by the same company. It is their spray gun technology that makes Fuji so popular. They are a Canadian company, based in Toronto, and their customer service is second to none.

I recently emailed them that I was having a lid leaking problem with my XPC gun, and asked if it was a common problem. I got a call a couple hours later from a tech telling me that he was sending a new nylon replacement cup that should fix the problem, at no charge. He asked me to let him know how it worked, and that he would replace the cup for my T series gun, as well.

I couldn't tell you who is using what, but I've sprayed all day with my Fuji rig, with no problem. It's all about learning the ins and outs of the gun.
