I just wanted to close this thread out with a happy ending. A couple of weeks ago I strung it up. The setup is playable and the intonation is good but I need to polish the frets and widen the nut slots a little.. I've been using a Tonerite to wake it up. Overall I'm happy with it and feel it's a step up from my first couple of builds.
