Hi folks,

Here's some shots of the 13-fret 00 I just finished.

Engelmann Spruce top (with bearclaw figure)
Brazilian Rosewood B/S
Sapele binding and rosette
Nut: 46.5 mm
Scale: 645 mm

The beauty of French polishing...

The simplicity of the Larrivee-inspired bracing...

It's already a sparkling cannon. Can't wait for it to "open up".

Cheers,
Warren

Beautiful piece of work, Warren! Sure would like to see a brighter pic of the back? Perhaps against a dark background instead of a bright one?

Very nice. I really like the mix of styles, the FP too!

Nice work Warren!
Good to see another 13 fretter here!
It looks comforable to play.
How do you like the sound?

Ha ha Serge. Remember, I took 5 weeks off from my regular job to do these beasts. Here's a few more shots where I really hit it with light so you can see the Brazilian grain. Enjoy.

Warren

Very Nice Warren, that looks like a premium piece of Brazillian you have there. What kind of tuners are those?

Very Nice. Understated beauty. Love the rosette and clean look.

Tuners. I don't know. They are these old German-made things. We should have a contest to name those tuners...

Burbank - Sergei de Jonge let me pick between a dozen sets he had kicking around. I selected the one that looked the most like the old Martin stuff. He almost included a set of Birdseye BRZ. (I would have jumped on that one immediately).

Serge/Alain - send me a PM. We should get together some evening and hack through some Don Ross.
