A friend of mine dropped her Taylor GS Mini and it cracked in a number of places. I have not seen it yet, but I told her I would see if I could find out the best place for her to take it to see if it is worth repairing. Does anyone know a place they would recommend in the Phoenix area?

Wendy, I am an authorized Taylor warranty shop in Kansas City, so I can't help your friend. But I can offer some advise. Taylor is not going to warranty this repair, so looking for an authorized shop isn't necessary. When Taylor specifies "authorized" they mean the person has undergone training for basic warranty-covered repairs. It does NOT mean that Taylor approves of the shop or recommends them for anything other than basic warranty work. So your friend may be best served by looking for a great repair shop with experience in repairing cracks and other damage from a drop, regardless of whether the shop is authorized by Taylor or not. Good luck with the repair.
