Does anyone know what schedules Spanish cedar is on?

Can you ship a finished, or partially finished Spanish cedar instrument into the US?

That would be schedule 1 I believe (1 notch bellow Mahogany). Yes you can ship a finished instrument to the US or anywhere else. What do you mean by partially finished?

Appendix III (meaning at the request of country of origin)

Annotation refers only to sawn wood, veneer.

Your bigger problem is likely those MOP position markers on the fretboard -- those require compliance under the Lacey Act -- nothin' to do with CITES!

Tim has this correct, and I had it backwards. Yes, 3 not 1.
