Someone mentioned a source for kerfed linings in a post a while back and I can't seem to find it. I think it was an actual manufacturer rather than LMI, StewMac, etc. I would appreciate a reference from someone who knows. I am looking for traditional triangular cedar or mahogany full-length pieces in quantity.

If you find a better/cheaper source for these than LMI let me know. I order these because they come in 32" lengths, which I also prefer and they give a price break for bulk.

I'd call them to order.

Forum sponsor Bow River Specialty Woods supplies cut and uncut kerfing and is an excellent supplier, ships free to Canada if you buy over $200 (which admittedly is a lot of kerfing).

They also carry lots of guitar wood, and even if your order is under $200, their shipping rates are excellent.

Mike,

http://exotic-woods.com/ in Burlington, Ontario sells spanish cedar triangular and reverse kerf liners. I not totally sure about their pricing but it's around 4-5$ (Canadian) per piece and less if buying a larger amount. So with the $1.30 us / $1.00 Can you'll be nearly making money...

They used to have all their prices on the web site, but now you either have to email or phone for them. I think it was too time consuming for a small staff to keep everything up to date.
