Does anyone have a saved picture of Todd Stock's bench extension that he made for his pattern maker vise?

The name catgut is confusing. There are two explanations for the mix up.

Catgut is an abbreviation of the word cattle gut. Gut strings are made from sheep or goat intestines, in the past even from horse, mule or donkey intestines.

Otherwise it could be from the word kitgut or kitstring. Kit meant fiddle, not kitten.

I have these picture files from the 'Jigs, Fixtures, and Tools' section of the building notes for a 'Repair Vise Mount', so I assume this is what you are looking for, Mr. True?. The accompanying text suggests the following:

Vise Main Support: 2 x 8 dimensional SPF stock of bench height less thickness of vise platform
Vise Platform: 7-1/2" x 8" x 2 layers of 18mm (3/4") hardwood plywood
Vise Platform Supports (Corbels): Scraps of 2 x 8 stock, 2x 4-1/2" x ~ 14"-15"
