I recently placed an order with RC Tonewoods for a couple cocobolo rosette squares for the guitar I'm just getting started on. I included a note asking that they send me two squares with different colors because I was trying to get something that would be a reasonable match to the cocobolo binding I had. Peter wrote back and said to feel free to send pictures which I did. One of the pieces he sent was almost a dead on match which is pretty cool considering the amount of color variation in cocobolo and the added difficulty of working from photos. That's great customer service.

Here's the finished rosette and a piece of the binding. The rosette ring looks a hair redder but that's because it's freshly sanded.
