the PDF pattern is in the product page for their Tor-Tis pickguards. Just go to the ones you one (OM, J-200, D-45, etc.) and they will have them with a ruler next to it. Adjust the zoom until it matches your ruler, and simply use your monitor as a light table to trace it on!

Good video on the pickguard removal. I thought it was impossible to remove the pickguard without destroying it and so often have to make a new one...
