I'm not intending to bad mouth or bash, just inform.

I attempted to buy some product from InlayUSA, ran the PayPal transaction, but received no product. I tried to call which got me an answering machine that told me to call a different number that was not in service. I tried to email but got no response either.

I filed a PayPal claim & received a full refund. It appears that InlayUSA never took my payment out of their account.

I don't think there was any malicious intent on their part - it appears they are out of business or temporarily shut down.
